Qatar Charity and IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation established the “Hope City” in the town of Soran in the Azaz region of Syria, where 1,400 families affected by the civil war will reside. The inauguration of Hope City - which consists of 9 neighborhoods and is home to 10,000 people - was attended by many high-level officials from Qatar, Türkiye and Syria.

IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation sent 460 trucks of humanitarian aid materials to Palestine, which is under the attacks of the occupying Israel, in 2024. The aids sent reached hundreds of thousands of people.

IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation reached over 1 million children in 2024 through its orphans works. With 44 orphanages and 1 educational campus in 12 countries, the foundation provided regular monthly support to 133,268 orphaned children in Turkey and 42 other countries through its sponsorship system.

IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation delivered financial aid and food, deployed 1,194 trucks of aid, built houses schools and mosques, and established a new office for Syria in 2024.

IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation built 44 permanent works in 10 countries in 2024. The construction of 49 works in 12 countries is still ongoing. Within the scope of the works, IHH and Qatar Charity Organization established “City of Hope” in Tukli village in Azaz region of Syria where 1400 families affected by the civil war will reside. The relocation of the families who have been staying in Babusselam Refugee Camp under difficult conditions for many years has been completed.
