Two years ago, we fled our home and sought shelter in the Zamzam camp. We believed we were finally out of danger, but when the camp was attacked, we were forced to run once more. I carried one child on my back, the other in my arms, and balanced what little we had on my head. For four days I walked barefoot, searching for safety. Thieves stopped us along the way and took the last of our belongings. I eventually reached this place — but we arrived with no bread, no water, with nothing at all.
Fathiya Mohammed, Sudan, 2025
In Sudan, millions of people caught in the midst of internal conflict depend on humanitarian assistance simply to survive. Countless families have been displaced, and many have lost loved ones. Those who manage to reach safer areas often find themselves without food, clean water, or medicine.
So far, we have provided 797,214 hot meals, 140,117 food parcels, 166,775 kilograms of legumes, 175,384 liters of cooking oil, 1,925,600 liters of water, 253,890 kilograms of flour, 68,487 blankets, and 710,298 pieces of clothing to people in need across the country.
Yet the crisis continues, leaving millions at risk. Your support can help meet the essential needs of one more person.
