Togo Specialized Water Well

Although Togo receives heavy rains for about five months of the year, drinking water can only be supplied from water wells. Due to economic insufficiency and poverty, not enough water wells can be drilled. Local people walk for kilometers every day to reach clean water. For this reason, many children do not have time for their own education.

Now, with your support, we are building a specialized deep water well in Togo. Approximately 6 thousand people will benefit from these wells, which are a permanent solution. You can also contribute to this work and be a drop of water to the region where deaths due to thirst are experienced.

How are specialized deep water wells constructed?

After determining the location according to the need, ground survey is carried out. Then the drilling work is completed. After graveling and well cleaning, the water is analyzed. If the healthy and clean water test is positive, well pipes are placed and the pump is lowered into the well. A concrete tank is built to store and transfer the water. Solar panels are installed to provide energy and a generator room is prepared.

But the work does not end there. A water line is built to irrigate agricultural land. Numerous fountains are put into service so that dozens of people can benefit at the same time. In addition, 3 separate troughs of 3 different sizes are built for animals. Now the deep water well is ready.
