Before the strike commences, members of the Solidarity with Egyptian People Platform will give a press statement from a white tent that they will erect in front of Istanbul's Yeni Cami Mosque.
At the conference, IHH President Bulent Yildirim and a number of non-governmental organization members will speak. Following the speeches, doves as well as balloons with the names of Muslim Brotherhood supporters who have been listed for execution will be released.
There will also be a book to collect signatures against the executions as well as a huge Rabia sign made of burning candles.
A number of writers and artists including Hakan Albayrak, Adem Özköse, Elif Çakır, Nihal Bengisu Karaca and Sinan Albayrak are also expected to participate.
