Donations delivered to our foundation are used for the relevant activity or charity. In cases such as the disappearance of the effects of war, natural disasters, etc., and the elimination of grievances in accordance with the purpose of the aid, our foundation uses the donation for another activity or aid with similar characteristics.
We accept used clothing (in good condition), kitchen appliances, furniture, generators, electronic appliances, blankets, nappies and packed food aid.

Donation hours for our foundation center are from 08:00 to 20:00 on weekdays, from 08:00 to 19:00 from Sunday 10:00 to 19:00. The donation hours for our offices are on weekdays and from 10:00 to 19:00 on Saturday. Our offices in Eyüp and Üsküdar are open from 10:00 until 19:00 on Sunday.
Yes, you can. If you wish, you can check your own user account by entering your user name and password via online transaction center on our website.

Yes, you can. If you prefer, you can do so using the credit card regular payment order option in the online donation section, or you can contact your bank and place a regular payment order by bank transfer.

Initially, we request that donators deliver non-cash donations themselves. However, donators can call us on +90 212 631 2121 to give information regarding the products they wish to donate.
Property donations can be made to our foundation. If the donator does not state any particular conditions regarding the use of the property, all donations of property or real estate, and cash donations are used in materializing projects prepared by our foundation according to countries or regions in need. If the donators do not stipulate any special condition/clauses regarding the use of the property (for the use of orphans, education, mosques etc.), the donations are used as specified above.
Non-cash aid donations from outside Istanbul can be sent to our foundation headquarters by cargo, and can also be delivered to our partner organizations we work with in Turkey. As non-cash donations, we only accept new clothing, kitchen appliances, furniture, generators, electronic appliances, blankets, baby nappies and packaged food aid.
If donators who want to make conditional donations to IHH are sending via banks, they can make a note of these conditions in the explanation section of the form, those making donations by hand can notify the conditions to ensure the donations will be used in the county they desire.
