East Turkistan has been under occupation for nearly 200 years. In the region annexed by China in 1949, persecution and rights violations continue. East Turkestan residents are still not considered as real citizens. Muslim minorities living in the region are forbidden to worship, to wear headscarves and to grow a beard. The lands of the displaced are occupied.
As IHH, we have been working for our oppressed East Turkestan brothers for 20 years. We are working to raise awareness in order to announce the persecution they have experienced. We deliver aid against human rights violations and hardships.
With your donations, you can help our brothers and sisters who live under persecution and be their hope.
