IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation has just opened water wells in the names of these four youths that lost their lives in a car accident.
The four water wells were opened in the names of Kağan Talip Tığlı, Chairman of IHH Youth Istanbul and Türk Telekom Data Engineer, IHH Youth Personnel Murat Can Kaya, Yedihilal Technology Teams Representative and Baykar Aircraft Engineer Yusuf Taha Göktaş, and IHH volunteer Tarık Kesici. They lost their lives as a result of a tragic car accident on the journey to inspire high school students in their passion for local and national technology.
3.000 people will benefit from these water wells
One water well was named after Kaan Talip Tığlı in the village of Walia Gossa, one water well was named after Murat Can Kaya in Boutal Bagara village, one water well was named after Yusuf Taha Göktaş in Harangagui village, and in Ambata one water well was named after Tarık Kesekçi.
With the water wells opened in these villages, people in the region now have access to drinking water. A total of 3.000 people living in the villages will benefit from these four water wells. The names of the four young men that were active in aid operations will live on thousands of kilometers away. The water wells launches were accompanied with prayers by attending villagers.
