IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation opened a water well in Chad named after Aljazeera Palestine reporter Shireen Abu Akleh who was killed by occupying Israeli soldiers.
Festival for orphaned children in Azaz
Alanya IHH Humanitarian Aid Association organized a festival for orphaned children living in the camps in the rural area of Azaz, Syria. Attended by 1.300 orphans, the festival was filled with games, rides, snacks and beverages.
Aid to help West Darfur conflict
95.000 people were forced to migrate to other regions and 213 people lost their lives due to the conflict between tribes in Sudan’s West Darfur. IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation launched emergency aid projects for the people affected by the conflict and became Internally Displaced People.
Support for healthcare services in Yemen
IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation is continuing its aid projects in Yemen. Aside from assisting the healthcare center established in the Marib province to provide healthcare services to war victims, IHH also carried out cataract surgeries on 121 patients living in the Ahrar Valley.

After 30 years of Ramadan projects in different geographies of the world, IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation is planning aid activities in 57 countries including Turkey this year, with the slogan “Continue the Spirit of Ramadan.” IHH plans to deliver the donors’ zakat, sadaqah, fitra and donations to almost 2.5 million people in regions suffering from war, occupation and natural disasters.

In regards to the three-year delay of Moro elections, IHH Board Member/Third Party Monitoring Team (TPMT) of the Moro peace process member Hüseyin Oruç said “When we reach 2025, hopefully, the transition period will be complete and we will see a government that has overcome all its problems.”
Winter aid for 5 Balkan countries
IHH delivered 198 tons of coal and 206 cubic meters of fuel to people in need in Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo and Serbia.
