More than 300 shopkeepers donate one day’s earnings to Gaza
More than 300 shopkeepers in Istanbul’s Sarıyer district will donate today’s earnings to Gaza through the IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation. Speaking at the press conference organized for the aid campaign, Yasin Çalışkan, a member of the IHH Sarıyer District Executive Board, said: “More than 300 of our shopkeepers in Sarıyer’s İstinye, Pınar, Ferahevler and Yeniköy neighborhoods have decided to donate today’s earnings to Gaza. With the event titled ‘My Earnings Turn into Goodness in Gaza,’ our shopkeepers are both taking on an important responsibility and creating social awareness by donating their income to Gaza.”

HH Holds a Press Conference for Sudan: “Those attacking Palestine are the same ones attacking Sudan.
The IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation held a press conference at its headquarters to address the situation. Since April 2023, a violent civil war has been raging in Sudan between the army and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF). More than 25 million people have been affected by the conflict, resulting in the world’s largest internal displacement crisis.

IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation participated in the 8th International Humanitarian Studies Association (IHSA) Conference, held this year under the theme Humanitarianism in Crisis: New Realities in Practices and Knowledges. The conference took place simultaneously between Marmara University in Istanbul and the Chr. IHH Provides Regular Support to 26,531 Orphaned Palestinian Children
The IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation is providing ongoing support to 26,531 orphaned children in Palestine through its Orphan Sponsorship Program. Following the events of October 7, an additional 10,000 orphaned children were identified and added to the program. Of these, 4,700 are still in need of sponsors.
