Since the attacks that began on October 7, 2023, more than 70,000 civilians have lost their lives and over 130,000 have been injured due to Israel’s systematic violence. Because of the inhumane blockade imposed by the regime, more than 460 people have died from starvation. In the Gaza Strip, over 454,000 homes have been completely destroyed by the attacks, and schools, hospitals, infrastructure facilities, and public buildings have become unusable.
IHH is conducting clean-up operations in the severely damaged northern regions of Gaza, using heavy machinery. These efforts aim to facilitate transportation for residents and accelerate the distribution of aid supplies. As the infrastructure has completely collapsed, most drinking water sources are unusable. To address this, the foundation provides thousands of people with safe drinking water every day.
