IHH delivers food, medicine to Malian refugees
IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation has sent a two-member aid team to Mali in order to follow the latest developments in the region. The IHH aid team delivered food and medicine to the refugees.

The IHH team visited the refugee camp in Mopti town of Azawad region in the north of Mali. The aid team delivered relief to the 45 families in the camp. Mopti governor also accompanied the team which also provided medicine for a health clinic in the camp. The governor offered his thanks to IHH and Turkey for their support to the region.
In addition, the IHH team visited the Djibo settlement on the Burkina Faso- Mali border and distributed food to 5,000 refugees in the area.
There are clashes between the armed groups and the security forces in the north of Mali. Malian people want the conflicts in the country to be settled through peaceful means while France urges the United Nations to make a military intervention in the country.
