The occupying Israeli regime, which has committed massacres in Gaza, continues its attacks disregarding international law, targeting women, children, the elderly, and civilians indiscriminately. İHH has been engaged in humanitarian aid activities for the needy in Gaza since 2007 and continues to support the people of Gaza following the attacks initiated by the occupying Israeli forces on October 7th.

Since the start of the recent attacks on Gaza on October 7th, İHH has provided 51,840 hot meals, 4,112 food parcels, 2,000 blankets, 500 clothing items, 800 hygiene packages, and 120 packs of Adult diapers in the city. Additionally, 1,160 first aid kits have been distributed.

Other aid provided by the foundation includes:

- 500 units of medicine and medical supplies

- 1,160 first aid kits

- 10 wheelchairs

- 9 medical beds

- 5 mobility aid equipment

- 6 crutches

- 485 liters of fuel for hospitals and ambulances

1,200 hot meals are distributed daily

Due to the complete inoperability of İHH's Mavi Marmara Martyrs' Soup Kitchen in Gaza as a result of the attacks by the occupying Israeli forces, mobile soup kitchens have been established in various locations in Gaza, providing hot meals to 1,200 people daily. The foundation has also started distributing bread to 500 families daily through a bakery it supports in Gaza.

Since October 7th, around 80,000 Gazans have benefited from the humanitarian aid efforts of the foundation.
