Since October 7, 2023, when the attacks started, occupying Israel has been continuing massacres without excepting women, children, elderly and civilians. Continuing the attacks, the occupation regime has killed 46,899 people and injured 110,725 people since October 7. IHH has been continuing its aid to the country since the day the attacks started. In 2024, IHH sent 460 trucks of humanitarian aid to Palestine.

IHH's aid to Palestine

In 2024, IHH distributed 14,704,664 hot meals, 1,195,453 various foods, 129,789 flour sacks, 20,897,471 pieces of bread, 3,755,490 lipid-based nutritional supplements, 185,422 food rations, 108,308 hygiene packages, 54,469 diapers, 57,610 carpets, 45,833 blankets and 22,236 clothes in Palestine.

Other distributions of IHH are as follows: “11,311 bags of vegetables, 9,274 diapers, 10,168 packages of dates, 5 medical devices, 5,470 shelter aid, 10,080 baby food, 501 packages of medicines and medical supplies, 1,300 first aid kits, 40 wheelchairs, 149 medical beds and examination cabinets, 100 patient walkers, 100 crutches, 485 liters of fuel, 2,507 liters of drinking water, 2,044 tents, 3 health center management for 3 months and 600 stationery materials.”

In addition to the humanitarian aids distributed, IHH slaughtered 29,439 shares of adaq qurbani and vajib qurbani in India in 2024 and canned them. The canned food was delivered to Palestinian people in need.

IHH also delivered 12 ambulances to Palestine during the year.

In addition to the aids, IHH did not forget the children affected by the war and organized various activities for 10 thousand children.
