IHH signed a cooperation agreement with the Qatari organisation Centre for Conflict and Humanitarian
An agreement was signed between the IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation and the Qatari organisation Centre for Conflict and Humanitarian Work Research to increase cooperation in the areas of humanitarian aid, humanitarian diplomacy and scientific research.

The agreement, signed in Doha, the capital of Qatar, aims to bring together IHH's field experience and the academic expertise of the Centre for Conflict and Humanitarian Studies. The cooperation aims to strengthen academic and research work in the fields of humanitarian aid, crisis management and humanitarian diplomacy, linking field experience with scientific studies to develop joint initiatives for peacebuilding, sustainable development and humanitarian crises.

Under the agreement, conferences, seminars, workshops and training programmes are planned on joint topics, primarily in the areas of humanitarian aid, humanitarian diplomacy and human rights. Dr Gassan el-Kahlut, Director of the Conflict and Humanitarian Studies Research Centre, expressed his satisfaction with the signed agreement.

IHH Secretary General Ahmet Göksun said, ‘With the cooperation agreement signed today, the academic expertise of the Centre for Conflict and Humanitarian Studies in the fields of negotiation, conflict resolution and humanitarian aid is combined with IHH's practical field experience.’ Göksun also emphasised that they hope this partnership will open new horizons in the field of humanitarian diplomacy and contribute to supporting peace and stability in the region.

The second field school established by the IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation in Gaza has been officially opened. Named the Abu Bakr Field School, the facility consists of eight classrooms and currently provides education to 864 students.
