IHH takes relief to regions in Syria under bombardment
IHH continues to take relief to Syrian people who are under bombardment.

Relief items sent by IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation from Hatay’s Hacıpaşa town reached Syrian towns of Azmarin and Derkush where bombardments by the Syrian regime continue.

IHH teams sent 1 ton of flour, 2,000 liters of water and 2,000 cans of bottled food to these places. The relief items were loaded on boats to be sent to Syria via the Asi River.

Moreover, IHH crisis desk in Hatay sent a five-member medical team to Azmarin and Derkush in addition to first aid bags to be used for the treatment of the injured.

20 killed, tens of others injured in attacks

Twenty people lost their lives while tens of others were injured in bombardments continuing in Azmarin and Derkush for two days.

It was also reported that hundreds of soldiers of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and 12 tanks entered the towns in the evening hours of yesterday.
