
The aid trucks departed for Ukraine following a send-off ceremony held at the Emre Yerli Disaster Management and Logistics Center in Tuzla, Istanbul. With this latest shipment, the total number of aid trucks sent by IHH to Ukraine since the beginning of the war has reached 12. In addition to the aid trucks, IHH had previously sent a mobile soup kitchen to the region. The ceremony was attended by Andrii Boiko, Consul of Ukraine in Istanbul; Artem Popov, Commercial Attaché of the Consulate General of Ukraine; and Muhammed Hamza Nedimoğlu, IHH's Central Asia and Caucasus Regional Coordinator.
"We Thank You All Very Much"
Speaking at the ceremony, Andrii Boiko, Consul of Ukraine in Istanbul, said: We came here to thank you. We are deeply grateful to your organization, your nation, and your state because what you are doing is extremely important for us. You are sending essential supplies to people affected by the war and helping them through these difficult times. For that, we sincerely thank you."

Following the Consul's remarks, Muhammed Hamza Nedimoğlu, IHH's Central Asia and Caucasus Regional Coordinator, stated: "Today, as we have done before, we are once again sending a new humanitarian aid convoy to Ukraine. We always make a great effort to support the people of Ukraine. Just as we strive to reach those in need around the world, we are sending four trucks of humanitarian aid—including generators, clothing, hygiene supplies, and food parcels—to help ease the suffering and heal the wounds of those in need in Ukraine. We would like to thank all of our donors."
What Supplies Are Included in the Aid Trucks?
The four aid trucks contain: Basic food supplies, 686 boxes of baby diapers, 7000 square meters of carpet, 510 boxes of adult diapers, 24,248 pieces of assorted underwear, 84 generators, 8,445 assorted clothing items, 857 boxes of sanitary pads, 504 boxes of laundry detergent
