First graduatees of our courses
The first trainee students in the courses that we opened 3 months ago in the Khan Yunus Qarara region of Palestine for Job Acquisation Center for Women, graduated. 22 students were given certificates

IHH’s Gaza officer in the ceremony said “ We are so happy if we can contribute on the Palestinian economy and help the people to take bread to their houses.”

Kaya, pointing out that the number of the Job Acquisition centers will increase said” In every corner of Gaza we will spread these centers.”

Kaya also gave a good news for the trainees. Gaza officer said that all the trainees who graduated could permanently use the sewing workshop established by the center and they could bring their works from outside to this center. 

In order to do this Kaya said they will increase the number of the sewing machines. Trainees having become happy with this news thanked IHH for its sensitiveness.

After the speeches, 22 students got their course certificates after a 3- month training.

IHH-UN’s Comprehensive Cash and In-Kind Support Project for Families in Syria
As a result of the collaboration between the İHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation and the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs' Syria Cross-Border Humanitarian Fund (SCHF), a total of 371,475 USD in cash assistance and 3,450 food parcels were distributed over the period of 9 months to 1,150 families living in the Racu region of Afrin district in Syria.
