The children’s festival, organized by the IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation, will take place at Karagümrük-Vefa Stadium in Fatih district.
The 5th International Meeting of Orphans will kick off at Haliç Congress Center in Sütlüce, İstanbul at 3 pm on June 3. Saturday’s children’s festival will last from 4 pm to 7 pm. The event will make it possible for the world orphans to mingle with Turkish children and play games with them.
There will be very joyful and colorful activities during Saturday’s event which will include a game platform, face painting, sausage balloon, legendary characters, acrobat performances, performances by children, music play etc.
Participation in the program will be free. Children of İstanbul will mingle with 80 children coming from various parts of the world and play with them. There will be play groups, activity tables and some stage shows at the program where children will both learn and enjoy themselves in the company of teachers.
Huge meeting slated for June 3
Orphans will be at the gala of the 5th International Meeting of Orphans at Haliç Congress Center on June 3. Mesut Kurtiş and Ömer Karaoğlu will give mini concerts at the event where orphans will make special stage performances. The award ceremony of the 1st White Pigeon International Short Film Contest which has a theme of "Holy Trusts" with a reference to orphans will also take place at the event. An entertainment program will also be held for orphans in Sakarya on June 4.

The 5th International Meeting of Orphans, which will bring together orphans, state officials and representatives from non-governmental organizations from 14 countries will be broadcast live by national and international TV channels and radio stations..
