A collaboration protocol was signed between IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation and the Union of Agriculture and Forestry Workers (Toç Bir-Sen). The protocol signing ceremony between IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation Chairman Bülent Yıldırım and Union of Agriculture and Forestry Workers Chairman Hüseyin Öztürk was held at the Toç Bir-Sen headquarters. The protocol collaboration includes many fields ranging from agriculture to health, from education to tree planting, and orphan projects to aid operations.
Toç Bir-Sen Chairman Hüseyin Özturk said he hoped the collaboration protocol would be constructive. Hüseyin Öztürk also expressed his delight that Toç Bir-Sen’s organizations in 81 provinces took part in IHH’s “Classes Competing in Kindness” project. Toç Bir-Sen mentioned their concerns regarding the afflictions of the nation, the community and the oppressed, in which Öztürk said they considered this collaboration as their Islamic, humanitarian and conscious duty. Öztürk continued:
“ As Toç Bir-Sen’s part of the collaboration with IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation, we will primarily be carrying out joint operations in projects regarding agriculture and forestry. As a part of IHH’s “Classes Competing in Kindness” project, we will be conducting joint aid operations in agricultural activities in countries in need, and also in tree planting and establishing green areas. In addition, with our provincial organizations, we will also spare no effort to provide our support in projects including aid for orphans in the countries and regions that IHH operates in with their activities to combat famine and poverty, and also in their water well, healthcare and education projects. With the awareness that our religion ascribed us in terms of the responsibility of helping the oppressed and victimized that we have undertaken, we will continue to contribute to this project; for the sake of increasing and spreading kindness.”
Thanking Chairman of Toç Bir-Sen Hüseyin Öztürk and the Toç Bir-Sen organization for their support, Bülent Yıldırım, Chairman of the IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation said he hoped the protocol would be beneficial.
