As the humanitarian crisis in Lebanon continues to worsen, Turkish NGOs remain mobilized to support those affected. Under the leadership of the IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation, and in cooperation with the Sadakataşı Association, the Orphan Foundation (Yetim Vakfı), and the Children of the Earth Association (Yeryüzü Çocukları Derneği), essential relief supplies continue to reach vulnerable communities across Lebanon without interruption.
Millions of Lebanese Urgently Need Humanitarian Assistance
Lebanon is facing one of the worst economic crises in its history while also confronting a severe humanitarian disaster caused by Israeli attacks. According to the statement, more than 4,300 civilians have been killed and over 12,000 injured in attacks carried out by Israel since March 2, 2026.
In southern Lebanon, where the attacks have been most intense, thousands of buildings and public facilities have been completely destroyed. More than 1.2 million people have been forced to flee to the country's northern regions in search of safety. Displaced families and millions of others affected by the crisis are in urgent need of food, shelter, and medical assistance.

The shipments included food, hygiene supplies, mattresses, blankets, and other essential relief items, which have been distributed to millions of Lebanese families.

Once official procedures are completed, the meat will be packaged and distributed to more than 800,000 people, primarily in refugee camps and among displaced families throughout Lebanon.
