IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation facilitates the slaughter and distribution of cattle sacrificed by charitable donors as thanks giving for the arrival of a newborn or as part of obligatory ibadah. In this regard 15 cattle were slaughtered and their meat was distributed cheering up 990 recipients in Sudan, Ethiopia, and Rwanda.
Made Thousand and Fifty Happy in Sudan
As a part of relief efforts in Sudan, IHH delivered aid to one thousand and fifty people. Eight cattle were slaughtered and distributed to the needy in Darfur and its surroundings thus fulfilling the wish of donors who donated them as aqiqah and other ibadah.
700 Ethiopian Recipients
In Ethiopia where basic supplies are direly needed IHH slaughtered four cattle and distributed their meat to seven hundred Muslims. Such projects especially carried out around Bursa Emir Buhari Mosque built by IHH aim at helping the poor community in the region.
Aid Delivered to Sixty Families in Rwanda
IHH facilitated the slaughter and distribution of three cattle in Rwanda`s capital Kigali and its vicinity. Their meat was delivered to sixty families of two hundred and forty people.
