Transcending borders with its Ramadan relief campaign, the IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation continues to take zakat and alms donations of charity givers to the people in need in different parts of the world.

IHH did not forget to make orphans happy while carrying out its relief efforts. Special gift packages have been prepared in Turkey for orphans which include a wide range of relief items from food to school supplies.

Around 5,000 such packages have been prepared which include valuable books that will help children understand the sprit of Ramadan, snack food, tooth paste, tooth brush, medical supplies and school bags which are filled with stationery supplies.

IHH officials and volunteers, who will visit the homes of the orphans and have iftars with them, will hand the gift packages to the orphans during these visits.

As part of its Sponsor Family System, IHH supports 26,541 orphans in 36 countries, 2,947 of them being in Turkey, through monthly donations.
