For 34 years, we have seen Qurbani as a bridge of brotherhood. This year, we set out with a simple invitation: 'Qurban: A Call for Unity.'
Join us once again to bring joy to those awaiting our arrival; let’s transform the blessings of your sacrifice into lasting bonds of brotherhood.
"Keep remembering us"

While delivering your Qurbani shares in a village in Malindi, Kenya, we met Halima and her son, Muhammed. Since losing her husband, Halima has been working as a daily laborer in the fields, raising her four children alone—being both a mother and a father to them.
Muhammed spends most of his day by his mother’s side. When we handed them their share, the pure joy in his eyes said it all.
Halima told us with a smile: 'I am so happy. My only prayer is for God to always bless your path. Please, keep remembering us.' Thanks to your support, a mother and her child smiled miles away, and a family felt they were remembered.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Can I receive photos of my Qurbani sacrifice?
Unfortunately, due to field conditions and operational constraints, we are unable to provide individual photos of each sacrifice. However, you can view representative photos from our distribution areas on our website and social media accounts. Once the sacrifice is performed, we will notify you via e-mail.
- What are the primary goals of our Qurbani project?
When carrying out Qurbani operations, our foundation acts with the awareness that this is, first and foremost, an act of worship and the ultimate goal is to seek the pleasure of Allah. In line with this awareness, the key aspects we focus on are: acting as an intermediary for donors to fulfill their religious obligations; uniting the Ummah by celebrating Eid together with millions of our brothers and sisters across dozens of countries; being a source of morale, motivation, and joy for people throughout the Islamic world; observing developments and life in brotherly regions firsthand; identifying local needs to develop projects that solve problems and presenting them to our donors; and providing Qurbani meat to those in need.
- How do we identify those in need?
IHH carries out various projects in different fields throughout the year in the regions where it operates. In collaboration with our partner organizations, we identify the most vulnerable groups in these areas and focus our efforts on alleviating their hardships. IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation prioritizes crisis zones, refugee camps, victims of war and natural disasters, orphanages, orphan families, the elderly, the homeless, widows, impoverished communities, schools, madrasas, and hospitals in its distribution program. Prior to the sacrifice, detailed reports are prepared for every Qurbani region to ensure aid is delivered effectively to those in need.
- How does IHH select the regions for Qurbani operations?
The severity of hardship in various regions is a key factor in determining our Qurbani operation areas. Accordingly, priority is given to earthquake-stricken zones in our country, war and crisis regions, countries affected by natural disasters, areas suffering from famine and drought, and regions where Muslims live as minorities.
- Can I assign my Qurbani proxy to an aid organization?
Proxies can be assigned to various institutions, such as foundations and associations that perform Qurbani sacrifices for regions in need both domestically and abroad. The primary requirement is that the organization is trustworthy and ensures the sacrifice is fulfilled in full accordance with its religious purpose and principles, while correctly delivering the meat, hides, and other usable parts to the rightful recipients.
