In his statement, reminding that in Kayseri a libel suit was filed for Furkan Doğan, Bülent Yıldırım stated that in the just first trial of the suit taking place in Kayseri 3rd Civil Court despite the judicial processes hasn't been completed, the action was dismissed suggesting that Israel cannot be judged.

Expressing that the judge Mehmet Mutlu Bartan said ¨Did you consult to us when you are going?¨ upon the reactions of people for the judgment which is in defiance of Universal Law and Localized Supreme Court Decision, Yıldırım said: ¨Who are ¨you¨? Then you are reorganized in the judicial system. As a lawyer, I don't believe the word of ¨ jurisdiction is independent¨. I refrain from being judged in front of such kind of judges and prosecutors.¨

Addressing political authorities in his statement, Yıldırım said:

¨This jurisdiction is not independent today, you have to fix this. As there cannot be a police officer or lawyers who are tied to IHH, there cannot be those who are tied to the sect. Now, they have taken action to take people into custody. I ask to them, ¨Are you acting according to which law? They threaten us. And all threats are from the same place. If this government will fall, this will happen via elections. It cannot be as the coup that was made against Morsi.¨
