Charity givers in Van continue to extend a helping hand to Syrians. Volunteers from IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation, who accelerated relief efforts across the province, sent one ambulance, 414 packages of medicine and 49 packages of medical supplies (which have a cost of TL225,000) to Syria in their latest effort.
The value of aid made by people of Van to Syria so far has reached TL550,000. Residents of Van have been giving big support to IHH’s two-year-long aid campaign for Syria.
People of Van who understood the importance of moral and financial support during crisis as they experienced two powerful earthquakes have so far sent one ambulance and 13 truckloads of aid items to Syrians which included food, medical services, clothing, tents, mattresses, hygiene supplies and other emergency aid supplies.
The aid items will be delivered in Syria by IHH and Association of International Doctors (AID).
