IHH volunteer killed in Damascus
IHH volunteer Ismail Abu Khalil was killed during an attack by Assad forces in Damascus while he was delivering aid to the orphans sponsored by IHH.

72 orphans, who are sponsored by the charitable donors of IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation, are living in Dariyya neighbourhood of Damascus. Ismail Abu Khalil, who had 7 children, was killed by barrel bombs as he was delivering sponsorship payments to the orphans.
 
Over the past few months, another IHH volunteer was killed during the delivery of aid to the orphans in Damascus.
