Bülent Yıldırım emphasized the importance of resolving problems through consultation based on justice and fairness in his speech. Yıldırım stated, "In this way, we can identify our minimum common denominators and have the opportunity to act with a common mind. Otherwise, we would waste the energy that we could have used to devote ourselves to the development of our country, the education of our youth, and the welfare of our people to compete with each other, which would weaken us."

"Don't isolate Afghanistan"

Yıldırım called on states, the United Nations, and international institutions, saying, "Do not isolate Afghanistan. Do not impose economic, political, or diplomatic embargoes. Support this people who have been exhausted by wars for 40 years. Remove the obstacles of emergency humanitarian aid and development projects."

The first-day program of the forum concluded after speeches made by the participants.
