Best Foundation of 2013 Award for IHH from TÜGED
IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation was chosen the best foundation of 2013 by Volunteer Educators Association of Turkey (TÜGED)

Awards of The Mosts of the 5th Year of TÜGED were given to their owners with a ceremony hold in Rixos Hotel in Ankara on 22nd January, 2014. TÜGED gives these rewards in order to encourage people, agency and institutes that carry the successful works in the field of education.

As a result of the assessment done by the members of the board of Volunteer Educators Association of Turkey (TÜGED) and volunteers of the foundation, IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation which has been carrying out humanitarian relief activities for 22 years all over the world was deemed worthy of the award of “The Best Foundation of 2013”. A member of Executive Board of IHH, Durmuş Aydın received the award from Mustafa Yardımcı, who is also given an award and who is the Head of the Department of Associations at Ministry of Interior.

IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation continues to commemorate the 11th annual Orphan Solidarity Days (OSD) project with the theme "An Armful of Goodness". Many studies have been carried out for orphans and their families in Kenya, one of the countries where the initiative is executed.
