ECHO representatives visit IHH's Kilis Coordination Center

Known as ECHO - the European Community Humanitarian Aid Office, representatives visited the IHH Kilis Coordination Center.

The ECHO director of Turkey, Murat Yuce and the accompanying delegation were greeted by Deputy Coordinator Mustafa Herem and IHH Diplomatic Relations officer Abdulselam Shareff. The delegation was given a briefing of our work in Syria.

Following the meeting a tour of the Kilis Coordination Center was given - the center contains an industrial oven that provides 100,000 loaves of bread daily, a soup kitchen that provides hot meals for 50,000 people and a warehouse that can hold humanitarian aid from 90 trucks.

IHH Continues Emergency Aid Efforts in Bangladesh
IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation continues its emergency aid efforts in Bangladesh following the floods that have affected 5.6 million people. So far, we have provided hot meals to 18,000 people and distributed food packages and dry goods to 500 families. Additionally, our set up mobile clinic is providing health services to 200 people daily.
