As part of this joint initiative, the master's students, representing various Arab countries, will receive practical training designed to strengthen their knowledge and experience in the humanitarian sector.

The program aims to provide participants with hands-on exposure to humanitarian work, enabling them to gain field experience while developing a deeper understanding of the operational methods and institutional structures of humanitarian organizations.

Throughout the six-week program, students will attend introductory presentations delivered by various IHH departments. They will also participate in field visits to Istanbul, Bursa, and the earthquake-affected region, where they will observe IHH's humanitarian projects and relief activities firsthand. In addition, a series of training sessions and workshops will be organized to further enhance their professional and practical skills.
