Food aid for 700 families who abandoned their homes in Moro
As a result of the conflict between the police and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) in Moro’s Mamasapano region, IHH provided food aid for 700 families who had no choice but to abandon their homes.

As a result of the conflict between the police and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) in Moro’s Mamasapano region, IHH provided food aid for 700 families who had no choice but to abandon their homes.

As a result of the clash between the police and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front, which occured last Sunday in Moro’s Mamasapano region, 1,500 families had no choice but to evacuate their homes.

Food aid for 700 families

The IHH team located in this region distributed food packages which contained rice, canned goods, oil, pasta and suger.

The conflict has currently ended in this region however; families are still unable to return home. People are currently staying in the streets or school yards.

IHH Continues Emergency Aid Efforts in Bangladesh
IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation continues its emergency aid efforts in Bangladesh following the floods that have affected 5.6 million people. So far, we have provided hot meals to 18,000 people and distributed food packages and dry goods to 500 families. Additionally, our set up mobile clinic is providing health services to 200 people daily.
