The IHH-led “Palestine Our Route, Humanitarian Aid Our Load” campaign to be realized in April is drawing support from Anatolian cities. A fundraising fair was held in the city of Batman to contribute to the campaign for the Palestinians. The TRY 20,250 raised in the fair was handed to the IHH to be sent to Gaza. 

Zeki İslamoğlu, chairman of the organizer BEY-DER, noted Batman residents had showed quite large interest in the fair and thanked the people for their support. “We thank everyone who supported the fair on 12-13-14 March. All citizens should offer their support to the IHH-led flotilla that aims to break the embargo on Gaza. We raised TRY 20,250 at the fair and donated it to ‘Palestine Our Route, Humanitarian Aid Our Load’ campaign. Any kind of contribution to this campaign will be quite dear to Allah. We hope charitable citizens and businesspeople will continue to support the aid flotilla,” he said.
