Project to donate bulldozer to Jabali Municipality
Ruins of the buildings destructed in the 22-day long Israeli attacks remain in place due to economic difficulties.
Palestine, MiddleEast 13.01.2010

The city of Jabalia, which has a population of 220,000 people, was devastated in the Israeli offensive of the December 2008 that lasted for 22 days. The ruins of the destroyed buildings have not been removed yet because of lack of necessary machinery. A bulldozer will be donated to Jabalia Municipality as part of the project. The bulldozer is planned to be used for removing the ruins and making farmlands favorable for agriculture.
