Konya Ayder mosque inaugurated in Georgia

The Konya Ayder Mosque, the first of the ongoing five mosque construction projects carried out by IHH and Ayder in Pankisi, has been inaugurated with the attendance of the Muslims in the region.

Members from the IHH-Ayder team said construction of the other four mosques will be completed as soon as possible. IHH-Ayder team also inaugurated a water well which carries the name of a late charity giver in Konya, Miyase Elikli.

Following the inauguration ceremonies, IHH-Ayder team delivered Ramadan food packages to 500 families and set up iftar tables for the villagers. Team members also visited the orphans in their homes.
