IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation delivered food aid to 250 families who fled Benghazi and found shelter in Tripoli in Libra, and to another 550 families living in Fizan’s Ubari district.
IHH continues humanitarian operations for the needy in Libya following the revolution that happened in 2011. In this regard IHH teams delivered aid to 800 Libyan families in the region.
The aid was delivered to 250 internally displaced families who fled conflict in Benghazi and took shelter Tripoli and to 550 families in Fizan’s Ubari district.
Medicine Out of Stock
Rafet Aydoğdu reported that they have delivered the first direct aid to the families in Ubari. Aydoğdu informed that they will keep delivering the food boxes to the needy for 2 days. He also highlighted that the medicine is out of stock and they will work on to bring in supplies in the following days.
IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation has also aided internally displaced families who had fled Ubari due to the conflict that lasted until early this year between Tuaregs and Tebus.
