Families in need and orphans are usually the first recipients of the IHH aid.

Aid workers of the IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation delivered food packs to Palestinian refugees staying at Bourj al-Barajneh camp, Lebanon, then left for southern Lebanon.

Nayrab refugee camp in Aleppo and camps around Damascus, Syria were also visited. Refugees staying at those camps were given food packs, mass fast-breaking dinners were offered, and orphans were given clothes. The total aid amounted to €50,000.

Another group of aid workers visited Pattani, Thailand. Fast-breaking dinner was offered to 2,000 Muslims on the first day of Ramadan; Dar al-Muhajireen madrasah was visited and offered social aid; needy Muslim families were given food packs.

IHH aid teams also visited Pakistan, which is suffering from the worst floods of the last 80 years. Recovery works are underway in regions affected by the floods that killed about 1,600 people. The aid workers left for Muzaffarabad, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Haripur. Around 25,000 Muslims are offered daily hot food in these regions. Needy families are also given food packs and flood victims are given emergency aid.
