IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation, which has intensified its humanitarian aid activities for Gaza after October 7, has sent a humanitarian aid ship to the strip in collaboration with Kuwait Society for Relief. The aid, which was shipped from Mersin Port, will be delivered to the Egyptian Red Crescent to then reach Gaza.
Tens of thousands of Gazans to benefit
Inside the ship, there are 394,944 ready-to-eat food items, 10,000 bags of 5-kilogram flour, 10,000 food parcels, 650 tents measuring 24 square meters each, 2,000 beds, pillows, sheets, and carpets, 3,994 blankets, 30,000 personal hygiene kits, 23,212 packages of diapers, 20,180 packages of sanitary pads, 17,378 packages of wet wipes, 4,369 packages of adult diapers, 10,397 packages of detergent, and 11,449 bottles of dishwashing liquid.
The ship carries 907.502 kilograms of supplies. The goal of the mission is to provide support to tens of thousands of Gazans.
