Cebi and Akbay gave a presentation on the orphans in Gaza at the 3-day long meeting. After the meeting, aid coordinators from IHH paid visits to various institutions carrying out aid activities for orphans in refugee camps of Lebanon, Beirut and Ketermaya. IHH received information from those institutions regarding their activities. Other visits were carried out to the families receiving continuous orphan support from the Foundation.

Through its system of sponsor families, IHH (The Foundation For Human Rights And Freedoms And Humanitarian Relief) has been looking after 355 Palestinian children, 55 of which is in Lebanon and 300 in Palestine.

IHH teams also visited Burj Al-Barajnah refugee camp in Beirut. Also, during their tour of Ketermaya region, 3 families with orphans were visited in their homes. Warm and friendly chat sessions were held between the aid team and those families during the visits.
