20 million loaves of bread to Syrian orphans
IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation delivered 20 million loaves of bread to Syrian orphans.
Syria 29.12.2014

IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation delivered 20 million loaves of bread to Syrian orphans in 2014.

Attacks on civilians are still going on in Syria. The government is indiscriminately killing children, women and elderly. It is the fourth year of the civil war where over two hundred thousand civilians are killed and hundreds and thousands are wounded. During the conflict around five hundred thousand children lost their parents.

IHH which is delivering humanitarian aid to Syria accelerated its orphan support work lately. With the support of its donors IHH teams are helping out the orphans with food, education, shelter, healthcare, and sponsorship aid.

“Daily bread to twenty thousand orphans”

IHH is daily distributing bread to the 20.000 orphans who have fled their homes after the attacks and are living in the refugee camps.

Moreover, periodic aids such as food, education and healthcare are also delivered to the orphans and their families.
