Convoy enters Gaza
Viva Palestina convoy that departed Britain a month ago and came under Egyptian police intervention has finally arrived in the Gaza Strip. After Egypt granted permit the vehicles left Arish in groups

The activists along the convoy resisted all hurdles posed by the Egyptian government and finally succeeded in entering Gaza. The 155 vehicles left the Arish port after clearing port formalities and 20 of them has already arrived in Gaza passing through Rafah border crossing.
All the activists and the vehicles, except for 43 of them, will be entering Gaza soon. The 43 vehicles left at the Arish port will be sent to Palestinian refugee camps in Syria and Lebanon following completion of required procedures.
