Now We have 160 Orphans in Tanzania
This year in Tanzania 60 more orphan children have been protected via the IHH’s “Sponsor Family System”
Tanzania 09.02.2011

The most important sufferers of crises, natural disasters, wars and poverty have always been the children.Today, 165 million children are orphans. Another 100 million is deprived of a warm home atmosphere, living on the streets.

IHH, by taking on the permanent care of 16 thousand orphan children in 27 different countries and regions provide them with a good and secure future.

Our foundation has expanded the Orphan Project to the new countries. In Tanzania 60 orphan children have been included in the Orphan Project of our foundation and their constant care has been undertaken. While we had 100 orphan children in Tanzania in 2010, in 2011 this number has reached to 160.

Throughout the last year in Sri Lanka, 50 children had been taken care by the IHH’s “Sponsor Family System” besides their monthly monetary aids, stationery equipments were also provided to them. In Moro, 40 children had been taken care by the “Sponsor Family System”.

The IHH’s “Sponsor Family System” brings orphan children and benefactor families together. One family may provide an orphan’s permanent care with monthly 70 Turkish liras (35€/50$). By your monthly support, you can hold an orphan’s hand and provide him/her a good future.

You can fill out a sponsorship form on http://www.ihh.org.tr/yetim/en/
