The IHH's Family Sponsor Project is pursued with support from our people in 29 countries and in 24 cities in Turkey. The IHH, who recently accelerated its work with orphans, added new countries to its Family Sponsor Project. Our foundation from now on will advocate for orphans in Djibouti and Mauritania. To start with our foundation will sponsor 50 orphans in Mauritania and 20 orphans in  Djibouti.

The number of cities included to the Family Sponsor Project increased from 22 to 24.  Şanlıurfa and Siirt have beenadded to the Family Sponsor Project. Our foundation, which organised various activities during the 'Orphans Solidarity Week' and  increased the number of sponsored orphans by 2000, carries on regularly supporting 17,624 orphans in 29 countries. Our foundation approaches this issue with sensitivity and carries on its work to include more countries inthe project. Moreover our foundation provides education, clothing, health service and food periodically to tens of thousands of orphans in 77 countries.
