Quban aid for Bosnia-Herzegovina
IHH distributed Qurban meat to needy families in Bosnia-Herzegovina together with the Emmaus International Forum of Solidarity and Istanbul Education and Culture Center.

IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation delivered 82.411 qurban shares this Eid al-Adha with its 28 years experience; to almost 4 million people in need both in Turkey and 52 other countries. IHH also distributed Eid clothing to 184.000 orphans, a total of 4.136.332 people benefitted from this aid. Bosnia-Herzegovina was one of the countries where IHH shared the blessings of Eid al-Adha with. IHH distributed Qurban meat on the holiday to almost 2.000 families in the country.


Istanbul Education and Culture Center Chairperson Feyza Tanok Sehbajraktarevic, explained that the distribution of meat was carried out in the capital Sarajevo, Zenica, Doboj, Srebrenica, Zepa, Kakanj and Tuzla. Sehbajraktarevic added that the Qurban meat was given to orphans.


With the support of our donors, IHH has completed its 2020 Eid al-Adha operations with the slogan “Qurban is a Mercy.”

The mobile soup kitchen dispatched by the IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation to Ukraine, which is under Russian bombardment, departed from Istanbul. The soup kitchen was intended to provide food to 30,000 people each day. In addition, three truckloads of humanitarian supplies provided to Ukraine by the IHH in recent weeks have been delivered to war victims.
