Britian working as Israel’s police station arrested Sheikh Raid Salah after his visit  to country for a conference. UK security forces detained Sheikh Raed Salah who the Head of the Islamic Movement’s in the territories occupied in 1948 on the 29th of June Wednesday in a non-human way with no justifications given from his room in the middle of night. It is reported that Sheikh Raed Salah was taken to security center for his deportation.

Sheikh Raid Salah was invited to England to give a conference and faced no barriers to entry. He was supposed to give a speech in a conference that a group of parliamentarians members from opposition Labor party will attend. The party's left-wing members invited Sheikh Raid Salah to give a conference about the struggle between occupying regime and Palestinian.

It is reported that UK government concern about the Sheikh Raid Salah’s conference which may put them into trouble with the occupation regime so that British authorities wanted to prevent his lecture and got succeeded. Arrestment of Al-Aksa Mosque Guard Sheikh Raed Salah in the World Al-Aqsa Mosque Day and prior to Freedom Flotilla II movement is reacted by people all over the World.

Sheikh Raed Salah is one of the founders of the Islamic Movement in 1948 Occupied Palestine. He was born in Umm Al-Fahm, 1958. He graduated from Umm Al-Fahm High School and he completed his bachelor’s degree on the Islamic Law at Al-Khalil University. He worked as a journalist after restrained by Israeli government from providing education. In 1989, he was elected Mayor of Umm Al-Fahm City as was in 1993 and 1998. In 2001, he resigned from his duty and his works concentrated on revival and construction of Al-Aqsa. He was reassigned as the leader of the Islamic Movement in 1996 and 2001. During his presidential term in the Muassasa Al-Aqsa, he has taken part in the important projects with many other organizations, in Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa and East Quds, such as construction of Al-Masjid Al-Marwani. He was detained with another 16 people from administrative bodies of Islamic Movement in the scope of an arrest campaign, extended to hundreds of people in May 2003. He spent two years in prison. He is the member of the International Islamic Cooperation and Dawa Council. Currently, he is active in da’wa activities and he has been writing on a monthly magazine Sirat since 1986. He still holds the presidency of the Islamic Movement in 1948 Occupied Palestine.

Ships are ready, the Freedom Flotilla sail towards Gaza!
Bülent Yıldırım, the President of the Humanitarian Relief Foundation (IHH), inspected two purchased ships for the International Freedom Flotilla. Yıldırım stated, "This cargo ship has a capacity of 5,500 tons and its name is Anadolu. It will carry our country's aid and compassion to Gaza. The name of other ship is Vicdan (Conscience). This ship will accommodate conscientious activists from around the world and deliver the conscience of the world to the shores of Gaza."
