What is Sphere training?

The Sphere Movement was established in 1997 by humanitarian professionals with the aim of improving the quality of humanitarian aid efforts during post-disaster interventions. The movement brings together local and international civil society organizations, donor agencies, government representatives, and private sector stakeholders to enhance the quality and accountability of humanitarian response. The training sessions provide presentations and knowledge-sharing on a set of standards defined by the Sphere Movement for the humanitarian field.
