A dramatic rise in water levels across the Euphrates River basin has triggered severe flooding in eastern Syria, leaving thousands of families in urgent need of assistance. In response, the IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation swiftly mobilized relief efforts and delivered an emergency aid truck to the affected region of Deir ez-Zor.

The IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation organised a convoy of hundreds of vehicles to protest against the attacks carried out by Israel and the US in the region.

Following the Israeli and US attacks, the IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation has sent a total of four trucks loaded with aid supplies from Istanbul and Mersin to the region. Furthermore, plans are in place to send another truck carrying medicines and medical supplies in the coming days.
