IHH has been supporting the Syrians since the crisis first began in the country; this winter is no exception. This year, with the support of our donors, IHH aims to send 1.500 aid trucks to Syria from Istanbul and various Anatolian provinces.

The domestic conflict that has been going on for years in Yemen has forced the people there to migrate for the second and third time. Since 2018, IHH has been a ray of hope for almost 2 million aggrieved and oppressed people in Yemen.

With the recent incidents that have been happening in a country torn by 40 years of war, 18 million people are suffering from starvation. To date, with the campaign launched by IHH, 15.000 Afghani people have managed to survive.

The High-Altitude Search and Rescue team of the IHH Disaster Management Department performed a 20-day climb up the 7.134m Ibni Sina Peak (Peak Lenin). This climb also went down in history as the first high-altitude climb by a Turkish Search and Rescue team.
