Orphans in Konya did not forget their sisters and brothers in Syria on the occasion of the campaign. Konya AYDER Humanitarian Aid Association launched an aid campaign for Syrian children to collect toys and clothing for them. Orphans in Konya will send their toys and clothes to Syrian children as part of the campaign.
Giving some information about the campaign: AYDER Chairman Hidayet Yılmaz said: “The orphans living in Konya did not accept the gifts we presented to them and said they want to send the gifts to Syrian children. We will send the gifts to Syrian camps in Turkish border.”
Meaningful visit to Iraqi orphans
Şanlıurfa Humanitarian Aid Association delivered 450 children’s packages, sent by the orphan relief department of IHH, to the children in central Şanlıurfa, Suruç, Viranşehir, Siverek and Akçakale districts.
Officials from the foundation also paid a visit to two orphans in their house who lost their mother in a bombed attack in Iraq and gave them clothes and toys. Food packages were also given to the family.
Children of the quake entrusted to IHH
IHH did not forget the children orphaned by an earthquake in Van province in 2011 and delivered clothing to 455 orphans in the province. IHH, which began relief work in Van just after the quake, continues to support the orphans in the province.
