Ladies, who actively take part in IHH’s activities, are now contributing to the Foundation’s well-known flotilla campaign to Gaza by organizing charity events, meetings, exhibitions and food fairs.

Our volunteers in Zeytinburnu, a suburb on the European side of Istanbul, have held a photography exhibition and a food fair as a means of support for the flotilla campaign to Gaza. Funds raised through this activities have been donated to “Palestine Our Route, Humanitarian Aid Our Load” campaign.

Avcilar Foundation for Science, Culture and Education, also held a brunch to support the flotilla campaign to Gaza, together with IHH’s female volunteers in Beylikduzu. 250 guests have attended the brunch meeting held in Kucukcekmece Municipality’s Social Hall. The event program began with a screening of visuals via a video projector. An auction was also held during the program, revenue of which has been donated to IHH for their Gaza campaign. Yasar Kutluay, Vice President of IHH, gave the latest updates on the flotilla campaign in his speech. Also, Ramazan Kayan, a well-known Muslim scholar in Turkey, pointed out the importance of the Palestinian cause. He put emphasis on the responsibility of all Muslims regarding the Palestinian situation.
