A charity sale was held in Konya Seydisehir in order to support the flotilla campaign to Gaza which aims at breaking the inhumane embargo by the sea. 

The charity sale lasted for a week bringing a revenue of 13.000 Turkish Liras (an equivalent of USD 9000 approximately). The funds were handed to IHH to be utilized in “Palestine Our Route, Humanitarian Aid Our Load” campaign. Murat Taskin, IHH volunteer in Seydisehir, offered his thanks to everyone who participated the event.

Tree plantation campaign for the orphans

Meanwhile, volunteers in Seydisehir started another campaign called “One Tree For One Orphan”. Along the campaign, they are planning to plant 16.000 trees around Seydisehir for the 16.000 orphans that are taken care of by IHH. To start off the campaign, 2500 trees were planted in a town called Kesecik and Incesu village.
